Vehicle, Mileage and Maintenance Logs

Pick the record you need to keep for a vehicle. The mileage and IRS-style mileage log templates list the items a tax record usually shows, the trip, fuel and driver’s daily logs track journeys and fill-ups, and the maintenance log keeps service history. Each sheet is blank and made in your browser; what a record must contain depends on who asks for it, so check their requirements.

  • Car Maintenance Log — Type the vehicle details, choose the columns and an optional list of service names, then print the car maintenance log or download it as CSV.
  • Driver's Daily Log — Pick the columns you need and the number of days, then print the drivers daily log or download it as CSV. It is a plain paper template, not an electronic logging device.
  • Fuel Log — Choose gallons and miles or litres and kilometres, then print the fuel log or download it as CSV. An empty MPG column can be added to fill in yourself.
  • IRS Mileage Log Template — Print a blank mileage log whose columns follow the example log in IRS Publication 463, with optional weekly and year-to-date total rows and a yearly summary. It is not an IRS form.
